Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/4 tsps. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 cup softened butter or margarine
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup + 2 tbsps. milk (I used 2 tbsps. cream)
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
