• 6 small or 4 large, ripe avocados
• 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 tsp ground coriander
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 roma tomato, diced
• 2 tbsp yellow onion, diced
• 2 tbsp jalapeño pepper, diced
• 1 cup fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped into small cubes
• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
