Ingredients

• 3 heaping tablespoons sour cream
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1/4 of chipotle pepper in adobe, finely chopped
• 1/8 teaspoon adobe sauce from the chipotle pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon Mexican oregano
• 1 lime, juiced or 3 small Mexican limes (key limes)
• salt, to taste
