• 1 1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into quarters
• 2 red bell peppers, chopped
• 1 1/2 cups unsalted chicken stock
• 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
• 1 cup carrots, chopped
• 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp. lower sodium Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
• 1/2 cup no sugar added ketchup
