Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Pie - Kosher Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 graham cracker pie crusts (optional)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2½ cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 2 56 oz. tubs Klein’s dairy vanilla ice cream or 2 56 oz. tubs Kleins Non-Dairy vanilla ice cream.
• Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, covering the whole sheet with a thin layer of dough. Bake for 9 minutes. Remove and let cool.
