English Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

• extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
• 1 (16-ounce) package bacon, diced
• 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
• 12 English muffins, not split and cut into 4 wedges
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
• 9 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1 cup sour cream
• salt, to taste
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 2 teaspoons Creole seasonings
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 cup green onions, chopped, for topping
