- 225g caster sugar
- Zest and juice of 1 organic lemon
- 400ml Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic
- 250ml Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin
- 28g gelatine leaves
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- Red fruits to decorate
