Ingredients

• 30 frozen ravioli, thawed
• Canola or avocado oil for frying
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp garlic powder

• 450g cheese tortellini, cooked
• 12 baby tomatoes, halved if large
• ½ cup pesto sauce
• 12 slices genoa salami
• 12-16 bocconcini cheese balls
• 12-16 sundried tomatoes
• ½ cup basil leaves
• 3x Kabanos sausages, sliced into 1 inch pieces

• 125g mozzarella cheese, cut into 24-30 cubes
