• 1 shallot, diced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 3 tbsp The Olive Organic Garlic Infused EVOO
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 1 cup vodka
• 1 can whole peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand
• 1 cup heavy cream
• Salt and pepper
• Penne pasta, cooked according to package instructions
