Ingredients

• 28 oz Canned petite diced tomatoes
• 1/2 each yellow onion Medium or large
• 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
• 10 dashes Hot sauce
• 10 slices Pickled Jalapenos and a splash of the pickled juice
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/8 tsp Red Pepper
• 1 clove Garlic
