CHIPS AHOY! Sweet Plantain Quesadilla
When you just want to try a new dessert idea, one of our favorites includes plantains and chocolate chip cookies in a creamy topped with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 5 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, coarsely chopped
- ¼ lb. frozen ripe plantains (maduros), cooked, cut into 16 slices
- ⅓ cup frozen whipped topping
- 6 strawberries, each cut into 6 slices
