Ingredients: 400mL Bulla Double Cream; 1 tsp vanilla paste; 2 Tbsp icing sugar; 1 Tbsp lemon juice; 350g strawberries; 8 tsp strawberry jam; 125g butter, at room temperature; 40g caster sugar; 170g plain flour; 2 1/2 Tbsp rice flour; Make an extra batch of cookies as a gift. Drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios and craisins.; Turn these into mini Apple Tart Towers – substitute strawberries for caramelised apple and add a pinch of cinnamon to the Bulla Double Cream.
