• 2 roasted beets halved and sliced
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
• 2 Tbsp. basil leaves roughly chopped
• 2 Tbsp. mint leaves roughly chopped
• 2 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley roughly chopped
• 1/4 cup Boursin Garlic & Herbs Crumbles
• 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp. honey
• 1 Tbsp. Boursin Crumbles
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
