Ingredients

• 250g oven fries
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 large sprig rosemary, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

• 1/2 tbsp pink peppercorns
• 120ml beef stock
• 100ml double cream
• Sea salted & cracked black pepper
