  • 2 graham pie crust
  • 56 oz. KLein's Vanilla Chocolate Classic Treat Or ice cream of your choice
  • dark chocolate
  • whipped cream
  • let ice cream soften slightly until it reaches a spread able consistency
  • carefully scoop ice cream into pie crust and use a spatula to smooth top of pie
  • shave your favorite dark chocolate using a vegetable peeler
  • decorate edge with whipped cream
  • freeze at least one hour prior serving
