Ingredients

• 3/4 kg minced beef
• 1 onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 can of tomatoes
• 1 can of kidney beans
• 150ml beef stock
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 1tsp sugar
• chilli powder to taste
• salt and pepper
