Asian inspired marinated prawns recipe

Ingredients

• 3 large cloves of garlic, finely minced
• Thumb-size (2 – 2 1/2 inch) ginger, peeled and finely minced
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 1/3c. olive oil
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• juice of 1/2 orange
• 1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
• decent splash of red-hot sauce, to taste
• 2 lbs. fresh prawns, peeled and de-veined
• Bamboo skewers
