Ingredients

• 4 big cabbages
• Salt (2% of the total cabbages´weight)
• Ground pepper and juniper seed (2/3 of the amount of salt)
• Carrots, onions, garlic, bay leaves and pepper
• White wine (10 cl per person)
• Potatoes (100 gr per person)
• Sausage (1 per person)
• Olive oil
• Lard
