AVOCADO & WALNUT SALAD WITH HONEY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE - NOMU

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp French mustard
• 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
• 60ml apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• ½ tsp NOMU One for All Rub
• 90ml sunflower oil
• 90ml NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• NOMU Sea Salt
• NOMU Black Pepper, to taste
• 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
• 2 discs feta cheese, crumbled
• Handful cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• 50g walnuts, lightly toasted and chopped
