Ingredients

• 1 lb Goolsby's Sausage
• 1 lb Okra, Thinly Sliced
• 4 Medium Tomatoes or 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
• 16 oz Chicken Broth
• 1.50 lbs Bag Baby Yellow Potatoes
• 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
• 5 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
• 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (e.g., Old Bay)
• 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
• ¼ cup Flour
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1 Cup of Rice (Optional for Serving)
