Mini-Beef Burgers Recipe | Cottage Delight

- 1tbsp tomato ketchup
- 75g fresh breadcrumbs
- 1½tsp salt
- 1tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 12 mini bread rolls
- Cheddar slices, to serve
