• 1/2 small shallot , minced (about 1 tablespoon)
• 1 serrano chile , seeds and ribs removed, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
• 1 - 2 tablespoons juice from 1 lime
• 1/4 teaspoon Table salt
