Ingredients

• 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch pie plate)
• 1 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (248 g)
• 1 cup old fashioned oats (90 g)
• 1/2 cup white sugar (100 g)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup milk (any percentage fat should do except skim)
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1, 7oz jar marshmallow fluff
