Ingredients

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 sm white onion, finely chopped
• 1 lb ground beef or pork
• 1 packet of taco seasoning, approximately 1 ounce
• 2 tbsp sake
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• ¼ c water
• 2 tbsp ketchup, or tomato paste
• ¼ tsp Sriracha (optional)
