Apple Pie

Ingredients

• Pie crust (double)
• 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
• 1 T cornstarch
• 1/2 t salt
• 3 T butter, melted
• 1 t ground cinnamon
• 1/2 t ground cloves
• 3 T sugar
• 1/3 C light corn syrup
• To top crust: 1/2 C light brown sugar
• 3 T light corn syrup
• 2 T flour
• 2 T butter, softened
