Ingredients

• 2/3 of an ACE Bakery® Ciabatta Lunga
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp. milk
• 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard,
• 6 slices Swiss cheese
• 6 slices smoked ham (carved style ham, not deli-style), in ¼” slices
• 1 handful of baby spinach (optional)
• ¼ pint fresh raspberries
• 1/3 cup raspberry jam
• 1-2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
