• 2 pounds london broil
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
• 1 cup onion
• 2 jalapeno peppers
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 Tbs white vinegar
• 1 can canned fat free black beans
• 1 pkg flour tortillas
• 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
• 1 small can canned black olives
• 1 small can tomato
• some sour cream
