- 100 grams icing sugar
- 175 grams dark chocolate
- 250 grams icing sugar
- 225 grams unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract (1 tbsp)
- 200 grams fondant icing
- food colouring Red and green coloured
- about 15 grams icing sugar (1 tbsp, to dust)
