Guacamole Beef Tortillas

Ingredients

• 1 pack Mission Extra Soft Original Tortillas
• 500g beef mince
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp sweet paprika
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp flour
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 ½ cups cooked white rice
• ½ cup tomatoes, diced ½ cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
• 1 cup shredded cheese
• 1 cup guacamole
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 cup lettuce, thinly sliced
• Hot sauce to taste
