I came up with this recipe one day on my quest to make a “Chinese style” dish that was kosher for Pesach. This recipe is finger-licking
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar or 1/2 cup + 1/6 cup Health Garden Allulose (not for Passover)
- 1/2 cup Manischewitz Honey
- 2 pounds chicken drumsticks
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- scallions, for garnish
