- 3/4 cup (165g) caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup (225g) plain flour
- 1/4 cup (35g) self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup (40g) desiccated coconut
- 48 pink marshmallows
- 48 white marshmallows
- 1/3 cup (25g) desiccated coconut, extra
- 1/4 cup (80g) strawberry jam, warmed, strained, cooled
