Four Grain Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 5 to 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup butter OR margarine
• 1/2 cup quick OR old fashioned oats
• 1/3 cup wheat germ
• 1/3 cup unprocessed bran
• 3 to 3-1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1-1/4 cups whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 (4-1/2 tsp.) envelopes Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 eggs
• Wheat germ or oats, for topping
