- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Corn tortillas
- Fresh slaw (see below)
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green onions
- Cilantro
- sour cream thinned with a bit of lime juice
