Ingredients

• 2 c All Purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
• 3/4 c salted butter (melted & cooled)
• 1 1/4 c brown sugar (try using Dark brown sugar for a more intense flavour!)
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c Utoffeea crumble (ice cream topping works best!)
