Cheeseburger Potato Soup – Zoup!

Ingredients

• 3 russet potatoes peeled and diced
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 3 cups Zoup! Chicken Bone Broth
• 1 lb ground beef
• 8 slices of cooked bacon chopped
• 3 tbsp butter
• ¼ cup flour
• 2 cups of milk
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
• Green onion (for garnish)
