- 1 /2 fresh peach, peeled, pitted and small dice, plus a peach slice for garnish
- 10 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 2 1/2 ounces bourbon (I use Woodford Reserve )
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- Splash of seltzer
- Crushed ice
