• 1 cup frozen or canned corn kernels
• 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
• 1 cup salsa
• 1 pound of ground beef
• 1 diced onion
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1/2 cup of diced green bell pepper
• 15 ounces of drained and rinsed black bean
• 15 ounces of drained diced tomato
• 1 pack of taco seasoning
• 8 corn tortilla
• 1/2 cup of sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
