Mexican casserole taco casserole topped with cornbread

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
• 3 Tbsp. my taco seasoning
• 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, any color
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 or 2 cloves garlic minced
• 3 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1 cornbread recipe
• 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
