Crock Pot Baked Beans | Scratch Pantry

Ingredients

• 2 cups dried beans , (a mix of any type)
• 1 ⁄ 2 pound bacon , cooked and diced
• 1 large onion , diced
• 1 green bell pepper , diced
• 1 ⁄ 2 cup tomato puree
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 ⁄ 4 cup brown sugar
• 1 ⁄ 3 cup dark molasses
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 ⁄ 4 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon chipotle powder or smoked paprika
• 2 teaspoons salt , I use this salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 4 cups water
