Ingredients

• <li>1/2 stick unsalted butter</li>
• <li>⅓ cup of all purpose flour</li>
• <li>2 tsp red chili flakes</li>
• <li>1 tsp pepper</li>
• <li>1 pinch salt</li>
• <li>1 tbsp Dan-O’s Original Seasoning</li>
• <li>10 oz Heavy whipping cream</li>
• <li>6 slices thin aged cheddar cheese</li>
• <li>9 slices Swiss cheese</li>
• <li>1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese</li>
