• 600 g Goat Meat with Bones
• 2 Red Onion (Diced) Small
• 3 Scotch Bonnet (Thinly Chopped)
• 2 tsp Pepper soup Spice
• Garlic (Minced) 2 Cloves
• 1/2 tsp Ginger (Minced)
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
• Basil leaves OR Utazi Leaves as desired
• Seasoning Cubes 2 cubes
• Salt to taste
