Baked Sea Bass with Thai Green Chilli Sauce – Gozney

Ingredients

• 5 leeks, sliced into 8cm pieces
• 2 whole sea bass, cleaned and gutted
• 1 bunch coriander with roots, finely sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 lemon, sliced
• A generous glug of olive oil
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• A handful of coriander, roughly chopped
• 6 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
• 3 green Thai chillies, roughly chopped
• 1 tbsp palm sugar
• Juice of 1 lemon
