Ingredients

• 2 Tbs dijon mustard
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 egg white
• 1 Tbs fresh rosemary - finely minced
• 2 cloves garlic - minced
• 1 tsp grill seasoning (such as McCormick)
• 1 lb ground turkey breast
• 2 Tbs ketchup
• 1 Tbs olive oil
• 1 c onion - diced
• ¼ c panko bread crumbs
• Parsley - optional garnish
• Sea salt and pepper to taste
• 2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
