Ingredients

• 4 tbsp of cooking oil, divided
• 2.5 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
• 1 tbsp of unsalted butter
• 1 stalk of green onion, chopped
• 1 tsp of ground black pepper
• 1 tsp of salt
• 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
• 2 pieces of steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
• 1 tsp of baking soda
• 5 cloves of garlic, minced
