- 1/4 to 1/3 cup toffee chips, crunch them into small bits
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4-6 sliced apples
- Lemon juice to put on apples so they don't brown
