These keep really well in a tin and are delicious with coffee!
Ingredients
- 14oz/400g plain flour
- 1 tsp/5ml baking powder
- 1 tsp/5ml salt
- 5½oz/160g soft brown sugar
- 3oz/80g butter/spread softened
- 3oz/80g pecans chopped
- 3oz/80g maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- icing sugar for dusting
