• 6- large thin slices of beef steak tomatoes (2 tomatoes will do)
• 1-large ball buffalo mozzarella, thinly sliced
• 6 teaspoons of italian basil pesto
• 2-tablespoons crushed black. peppercorns
• 3-lbs. 80-20 all beef hamburger
• 12- med. to large fresh basil leaves
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons mayonaise
• 6 tablespoons of grey poupon spicy mustard
• 6 mealhada rolls or any other hard crusty rolls
• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• 12 slices of proccuitto
