Ingredients

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• salt, to taste
• 1/4 t. black pepper, plus to taste
• 12 strips pre-cooked bacon
• 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 C. milk
• 1 T. butter
• 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
• 6 italian hamburger buns
• olive oil
• 1 jar roasted red peppers(7 oz), drained
• 2 C. fresh spinach leaves, washed
