The first time I tried this dip known in Puerto Rico as cielito lindo (pretty sky), I was at my brother's house. My mother-in-law would prepare it for all of our family
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ozs each) containers of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 cans (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
- 4 - 6 cups of iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 28 oz medium salsa
- 4 chopped tomatoes
- 4 - 6 cups of finely shredded cups of finely shredded cheddar and mozzarella
