- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- salt
- 2 ounces of butter
- 6 ounces of chocolate, broken to pieces
- 4 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
- water
- gelatin (3-4 sheets)
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
